Its cute, I really like the sort detail in her hands. I really like the design of her hair, I understand its an excisting character but I think you handled the style of it quite well. I really like the detail in her ears, too. It seems to mimic the style of her hair and has a fantastic texture :3

The flow of the fabric is really nice, and I love the little bell. It really stands out because part of it is really dark, I think it would be nice if you used more linear weight (ie making some of the lines darker) and it would make the lineart more dynamic. The detail in her face, again, is quite sweet. Nice overall work :3
